At Electro-Maxx, we believe that the lack of reliable power in Africa is holding back economic growth and the creation of good jobs. Therefore, while we aim to make a healthy return on our investments, we also believe that by generating power, we are helping improve the lives of Africans.

Our desire to help improve the lives of those we touch does not stop with providing power. We also endeavor to give back to the community in other real concrete ways.

Let there be light!

Electro-Maxx recently launched a ‘Solar Household Lighting Project’, where we helped 1,000 residents switch from smoke-choking lanterns and candles to health-friendly solar power systems. We also installed larger solar power solution in local health centres.

Education is Empowerment

Due to insufficent infrastructure, the local community school sits 100 students per classroom. Electro-Maxx is doubling the number of classrooms to provide a better learning environment for the children.

 

This is just the beginning of many community projects that Electro-Maxx will spearhead over the coming years.
